Hair Images

I don't know about the hair removal services, but Rubarb gives great hair cuts! I've had my long, long hair layered there twice, and her cuts have been excellent. She takes great care in making sure that both sides are balanced and that there aren't any strands sticking out (which, if you've had layers before, you know can look horrible!). In fact, on both occasions that I've had her layer my hair, she's been so careful and meticulous, other stylists have told her to cut their hair like she does mine!

I went into Hair Images today without an appointment, close to rush hour, hardly expecting to be seen. I signed in, sat down, and was called to the back in less than 3 minutes. A moment later, I had brand new brows that suit my face WONDERFULLY, and the value cannot be beat! Highly recommended!!! xx

Cons:
(1) If you make a 4:30 appt, more often than not, you won't actually be seated till 5pm.
(2) The women move extremely fast (which can be a pro), but often their work can be a little lopsided (I speak of eyebrow threading)

Pro:
(1) They're speedy
(2) Can't beat the price
(3) Great central location

I've been going to Hair Images for about 7 years - I discovered it in law school, and somehow all of my friends did too! You can't beat the price, and the ladies are experts - my favorite is Minaz, and Alvira's great too. Word's definitely getting out, so expect to wait a bit for your turn.

I have been a customer for a couple years and have not found anywhere better. You can't beat the price. Like others have said, you may have to wait a while but once you hop in the chair, you're in and out. Rozy is my favorite. She has left to move back to India(?) twice but I hope she stays this time because she is the best! Alvira and Minaz are also popular.
