Best accident attorney in San Diego
Josh just settled a case I had that had lasted about 2 years. The other guy originally offered me $300 for my ambulance bill. Mr. Hale told me that was ridiculous, and he thought he could get me more.

He got me a $100,000 settlement. I know I should save the money or buy a house, but I am going on vacation, thanks Josh!

I recommend highly
Joshua Hale helped me with a recent DUI case. He was totally honest about what to expect and how to deal with all aspects, from DMV to court. He guided me through the whole process and ultimately made the best deal he could for me under the circumstances. His fees are very fair and was always accessible at all times. This is a good man Joshua Hale, DUI lawyer.
This man is from God, and I have been blessed to get his help truly. I was arrested for drunk driving (DUI) south of San Diego near San Ysidro and I was terrified. I thought I might face problems with my permanent resident status - I feared deportation.Josh Hale cares about you, and that is not a light statement I make. Saved us LOTS of money!
Went to Mr. Hale when we got sued. The jerk who sued us had a legal loophole that allowed him to try and ask for half a million dollars. He could have won had we taken it to trial. Mr. Hale settled the case for pennies on the dollar.

I will always call on Mr. Hale when I need a premium lawyer, he is the best.

Honest, direct, fair
Joshua Hale represented me in a messy divorce case that went on for over a year.

He was always forthright and honest in all of our conversations, made himself available day and night for questions and never nickel and dimed me on invoicing.

In the end I walked away from my divorce without a scratch and avoided virtually all of the spousal support claim my ex was trying to pursue me for.

I'll be using Joshua for any issues that may arise in the future as I know I can depend on him to get the job done in a fair, honest and professional manner.
