Horrible Husband/Wife Business!, 9/01/2011

If you want to get ripped off I suggest you use this company b/c that is exactly what happened to us!! They were not authorized to fix a problem on our A/C unit without our approval they were... inspecting. They did so any way and would not return our calls or do the right thing and refund payment our tenants unknowingly paid. The problem was not resolved in the end b/c we had issues weeks later and called another AC company that actually has integrity. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF HAMBY FAMILY - BUT DON'T WORRY KARMA IS A *** AND WILL COME BACK TO YOU!!!!

Cool Air at Last, 6/07/2008

With the heat wave going on in Atlanta, Georgia right now, I'm sure all the HVAC companies are swamped. I called Carrier direct since my AC is less than 2 years old and under warranty. They... contacted Hamby HVAC and he was able to come out the same day about 7:00 that night and was still "on the job". They had to order a new compressor and when it came in on Friday of that week, they sent someone out on Saturday morning at 9:00 and by 1:00 we had cool air at last! Needless to say, I was pleased indeed!

Cool Air at Last

Horrible Customer Service

My air has been out since Thursday. Hamby was suppose to be at my house yesterday(Monday) between 2-5pm to fix it. I called yesterday morning and they confirmed they would be there. They never showed nor called to explain. Even the 24 hour emergency repair guy wouldn't return my calls and I called him every hour on the hour for 4 hours. It's been 85 degrees in my house since Friday. I called Premiere Indoor today and they are actually coming out today to fix it. That's customer service!

HORRIBLE service!!!

I made an appointment for Friday between 8am and noon.At noon I had to call their office because no one had shown up or called.I got their voicemail so I left a message inquiring about my appointment. No one returned the call.At 3:00pm I followed the same routine -- called, got the voicemail, left a message.At 3:30pm, I called again and finally got someone on the phone.The young lady said she would call to find out what happened and call me right back.That never happened. At 4:30pm I call again, and again I got their voicemail and had to leave a message.On Monday I again had to call. I was able to set up something for Tuesday afternoon.This morning I called to confirm and inquire about what was going to be done about Friday.Robbie Threewitt calls me back and says he could offer 10% off the bill or I could call someone else, "I really don't care".(his exact words)I explain the situation to him thinking maybe the secretary had not.I was also very shocked at his attitude as I was calm considering I need them to show up today considering the temperatures and the horrible weekend I had having to endure them.He said that he didn't care about the poor service that happened, they were driving far and I could find someone else and hung up on me!
