Every trip back to New Orleans - our first stop is at Hana! I was a regular there before Katrina (eating there 4-5 times a week!!!!) and got to know all the sushi chefs really well. After Katrina, I moved 520+ miles away, but still crave those awesome no-name rolls that Hana has made itself famous for! Ty always takes care of us, as do Ken and Tomy. Great chefs who know their stuff! The pieces are HUGE and the prices are VERY reasonable!!! I absolutely love this place!!!!
