The women who work at this store need basic customer service training (or new jobs). And I am being charitable. I went in to review and obtain some fabric for some restored chairs. Waited around for service -- they were too busy talking amongst themselves. When they did not have enough of the fabric I wanted, she said I could buy what little they had in stock or nothing -- and laughed! When I suggested she call another Hancock store it was like it blew her mind: to actually help a customer instead of laughing at how they cannot buy what they want. Don't visit this shop -- they show contempt for their customers.
