We had them come out on a referral from our INSURANCE agent. They came out and repaired a couple things, but left a leak. We called them at least 3-4 times (including trying to get them thru our agent) and they NEVER called us back. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY...

After a significant hailstorm last year, I've asked a well-known roofing company (Findlay) to inspect my roof especially since various houses in the neighborhood got the roof replaced already. The insurance adjuster inspected the roof together with the Findlay representative. At the end, the claim was denied and the Findlay guy assured me the damage was "not even close" to justify a claim. I was determined to get a second opinion and try one more time. After significant research, I selected Hancock Roofing, especially because lots of their roofing inspectors are certified (HAAG certificates) and have experience in dealing with insurance adjusters. The insurance company (Liberty Mutual) sent the same adjuster (which is odd) to repeat the inspection together with the Hancock Roofing inspector. This time he had to admit his own mistake and the claim was approved. Before proceeding further, I personally took a look at some of their previous projects in Atlanta area to convince myself about the quality of their work. Hancock did eventually a beautiful job in replacing the roof for a good price. They finished the job in time, and cleaned the area well. They were also very responsive in fixing a small leak after the fact (warranty). I recommend them especially if you want to maximize your chances of having a claim approved.

Hancock quoted a good price and stuck with it, no hidden charges. Their performance was excellent. The installers showed up on time and did exactly what they said would be done and the roof looks great! The relationship was everything it was suppost to be and we are very happy.
