HandyAndy helped us fix several issues required by the buyers of our house. Since our closing was accelerated, HandyAndy had short notice to get the repairs fixed.It was also very helpful that they were able to fix all our issues, from general fixes to plumbing and roofing.In short, they fixed all our issues on time with short notice, and even helped us move some boxes! Thanks again guys.

Seeing the positive reviews here I have to believe the contractor is "poisoning the well" on this site by reviewing themselves. Handy Andy was quick to give an estimate and quick to show up first day. Everything went downhill from there. Incomplete work, cut corners, ugly work, shoddy materials, damage to other parts of the home. Work started three years ago and has never been finished. After dozens of calls I gave up. Not even with-holding the final payment would bring them back to finish. I hired other contractors to finish the work, increasing the overall cost, even with holding the final payment to HA. The parts they did finish look like I hired the kid down the street to do the work. Where they were to replace whole boards for rot, they instead just cut off the rotten part and fitted new pieces to the remaining boards - badly - looks like "redneck repair". Crews did not speak English, or if they did, pretended not to when I tried to tell them they weren't doing what I had contracted for. On the rare occasions I could get a supervisor from the office to come to the site, they agreed the work was sub-standard, promised to have it all straightened out, and did correct some errors, but ignored the majority of problems. It will be a very cold day below before I would let this contractor even set foot on my property again.

We contacted Handyandy to help us with a rehab for a home that we were going to flip. As a real estate investor, we have to have people that are dependable and know their business. Andy personally came out bid our job. He pointed out things that we had overlooked. He also made suggestions that would enhance the sellability of the home.
The work was completed in a professional manner, on time and within budget. Andy personally spent many hours on site helping us prepare the home for the market.
We plan to use HandyAndy for our future projects.

We had the worst 1st contractor experience ever. This purchase was included as part of our closing, so beyond our control of who to use. The french doors were installed leaving a draft on all 4 sides of the doors, with a centimeter opening in the middle of the doors (during winter time). When reinstalling the interior trim, they split it and would not repair their damage without an additional cost to us. They did not remove the old doors. After 6 months of waiting & calling, we finally had to get them removed on our own. We were tired of looking at them in our backyard.

I had a long list of items to walk through and Andy stayed nearly 4 hours, was very personable and certainly talked a good game. That was in mid-August. After 5 phone calls to his clueless office over the next 3 weeks, I finally gave up trying to get an estimate from him. Not even 1 return phone call! Obviously I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
