Handy Dan's Home Repair

Dan & John did a great job on repairing & re-roofing an area of my roof where the wood had extensive water damage. They were quick, thorough, & very friendly. I would definitely use them again, & recommend Dan to family & friends.

We had Dan install recessed lights in our kitchen, as well as replace some door frames. He was so professional and easy to work with. The lights and doorways look great. We will definitely use him again.

Dan and his crew came to my parents house to replace some fascia board on a 1970's single story house in the South Bay. From the get go, he came on time for the estimate, as well as today when he and his crew did the replacement. Dan said it would take approx 4-5 hours to do the job, and he was spot-on! It took exactly that. He was able to get the product I wanted, and overall does good work. Although an angle was a little off, and they did not staple back a small amount of cable wire that they unstapled to replace a small piece of fascia by my chimney, overall the job came out good. Hey, nobody's perfect, and these were just a couple minor details. I just put some caulking on the joint that was a little funky to blend it in, and re-stapled back the 4' section of cable. His price was OK, and I would recommend him. Thanks Dan and Crew!

Dan and Juan are consummate professionals. They were punctual, efficient and went out of ther way to take of things that were on the list. I very highly recommend this outfit. Dan is definitely ingenious
and suggested a fix for my shower door with a simple fix which would have otherwise costed several hundred dollars.

We hired Dan to remodel a bathroom. He did a great job and his price was below other quotes. He was very nice and we did not mind having him in and out of the house. Dan worked with any issues that arose in a timely and professional manner. After completing the first bathroom remodel, we had Dan do our guest bathroom as well. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him!
