Awful company - not reliabel - poor quality work
They don't show up when scheduled. Missed an appt. completely and when I called Rick said he "forgot". Terrible work on a fence. Totally unreliable. Tried to be patient 3x and all 3x they were late (even for the estimate) and didn't bother to call and finally did not even show up or call leaving my bathroom a mess. This company promises a lot but delivers nothing. Buyer beware! Rick will lie to your face! Don't waste your time or money.

Lets start with the Iron fence.. after you had different companies or individuals trying to install your fence, they could not finish the work nor could they install a gate that you wanted install... We removed the fence, installed new bolts attaching the post to the ground (when some1 else had installed screws to attach an iron fence on top of concrete/bricks) Once fence was properly attached to floor and gate installed to side of wall.. You agreed on the big difference and paid for the services..... We believe that if a job is not completed to your satisfaction, we wont be able to charge for it. We did not ask you for money out front and we told you that once we were done with the project the balance would be due, and if you paid for it, is because you did notice the quality of our work... NOW THE BATHROOM.. You wanted caulking around your jacuzzi tub where it meets with the tile wall.. we recommended re-grouting that section instead, because there was 1/2 gap in some areas...ONCE AGAIN..our work ethics came in place... it was late at night.. we could had just caulk the tub n gotten paid for it.. But we did the work just the way is suppose to be and we spend about 10 min. just cleaning the bathroom floor and jacuzzi..so I’m not sure what kind of mess your talking here, because you were there when we cleaned your bathroom... and Regarding our last appointment ...I do apologize but did asked if we could re-schedule but you said no... so we never got paid for re-grouting your jacuzzi tub.. so please next time you make a comment about some1 get your facts straight....
Any more comments you may add are welcome...and once again i do apologize for any misunderstanding.
