This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY that does an even worse job!! We had someone pressure wash and stain our deck. The job site was left a complete mess at the end of the job. Our deck is raised off the ground and has a cement patio underneath. The concrete is splattered with stain. The siding on the house is splattered with stain. The stain is not only on the house closest to the deck but drips all the way down the side of the house. There is stain on the outside of the door that leads to the deck as well. Repeated calls to both the guy that did the work and the company itself have never been returned. The "handyman" promised to come back and paint the house where he splattered stain everywhere but will not return my calls. I have called the office THREE times and have been told each time the "manager" will call me back and will come out to see the how the job was left. This guy has never attempted to call us. We have been dealing with them for two months now and NO RESOLUTION. PLEASE do not use this company for any work. They are HORRIBLE!! Customer no service and the handymen are totally UNQUALIFIED!!

These are crooks who will leave the work half complete, demand cash upfront or leave the job in the middle. I am suing them for as severe penalties as I can get civilly. They left a 6 ft pit dug up in front yard for 3 weeks and kids fell into it on Halloween night. Big liability for them being SOUGHT.

Terrible experience, had used them for getting some rotted wood fixed. The guy came for an estimate, but, after that when was told to come, had excuses every day. A 3 day job took 3 weeks and we were not at all satisfied. Once the guy told us that we need not be present as most of the work to be done was exterior. When we came back in the evening, the guy had opened our window somehow and gotten in and on asking why he did thatm he said he need a power outlet and he could see one only inside through the window, he thought, we would not mind. Never ever use them, even if they offer free service! ! ! They suck and are not worth it.

I have used them again, and again, this last time was for a simple electrical outlet that was not working...they fixed it and didn't charge a trip charge like some electrical companies. I really like this company.

Don't bother with this company. They never stand by their handyman labor's own warranty. You'll be sorry if you hire them. If you ever come across their handyman Ken Yang (young) run.

I used them twice, almost three times but I'm still waiting. The first handyman did a good job, but never got back to me on a quote for crown moulding (still waiting #1). The second guy had an emergency mid work and left me hanging for a full day (still waiting #2). When he came back to finish up and change a faucet fixture his work was kinda shoddy. I had to call someone else in to fix my sink months later when the sink was "rigged" to look like it was set in place right. I sent in a request online to have them complete the rest of the quoted job and no one ever called back (still waiting #3). I am no longer waiting as I called Andy On Call in Norcross and they did a great job! Do not recommend!

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Long story short: they did not live up to their contract lied to us several times we are paying someone else to replace everything they put in (ripe out everything) not professional try to get more money when they realized THEY messed up Guy Leboy (handyman) and Andy (manager)are the very unpleasant people that we dealt with. I would not recommend this company, especially this office to my worst enemy. Stay away from them.

Handyman Connection does a wonderful job. Yet Again they have done a great job. I keep using them and keep getting great service. I will continue to use them for all my home repairs.

I have a rental home in Suwanee and Handyman Connection has been reparing it for some time now. I love the free estimates and the fact they are not a "sales" based company. Even though I am a repeat customer there is no pressure to go with them, and they have always matched the price a another company. They are great in my book.

Hired them to paint my living room and hallway. During the quote process they were very professional. Day of the job they were no shows. Called the office - they told me to try and find a different painter if I really needed the job done. They Finally 3 hours later he shows up. No excuse. We had written in the contract they would hand-roll the job - no spraying - he immediately sets up to spray. When I confronted him he said this was the only way to get the work done in the agreed upon timeframe. Told him that was not my problem but his. Things were fine for the next day and a half. Then says he won't be back the next day because he has another job - meanwhile my living room is a total disaster. I called the office and complained - they said he was already booked somewhere else and they had no one else to send. Finally convinced them of the logic to complete my job first then go to the next one. Job was completed - but then they expected me to pay the high end of the bid. When I was contacted for a survey I indicated I would not reuse or recommend. Only THEN was I contacted by the "owner" who indicated it was MY fault for not informing him earlier in the process. When I told him I had talked with the "manager" he said that person was no longer there. I was offered coupons for my next job - told them not to bother. The work was done well... but the experience was not worth it.

Very Unprofessional branch of Lawrenceville, GA plumber Terry Traskos came out on 5/4/06 for a leak of water on the cealing caucked the bath tub and charged us $315 and then as this did not solve the problem he came back and said he does not want to fix the problem as it involves cutting the cealing to check the source of leak. Well why did he charge us in the first place, if he knew his solution of caucking the bath tub for $315 would not solve the water leak? I think you should rename to "Handy Con-Man connection". No one from the Lawrenceville office responds to the call or the Manager responded back to us at 7707726228.

I hired this company to tile my bathroom and install a jetted tub. The unqualified craftsman perform the upgrades. The tub flooded my kitchen ceiling because the drain was not aligned and the fittings were installed backwards. I had to hire a plumber to redo the install. Although after numerous calls to the company they finally fixed the ceiling, my CRACKED tub has not been repaired nor have I been reimbursed for the "NEW" tub. It is now February 5, 2006 and has been a nightmare since December 23, 2005 trying to get everything settled. Not sure about the other locations but I would not recommend this one to anyone.
