We recently hired Hansard Heating & Cooling to replace the main A/C in our home and like other reviewers have stated..we are so pleased with the entire experience! Through Hansard we were able to purchase a premium quality A/C unit for the same price other HVAC companies are charging for their builder's grade units. Also, our A/C went out right before Labor Day weekend and they quickly installed our new unit on that Friday to ensure we'd be cool for the long weekend. Tim and Angie Hansard were friendly, professional, trustworthy and just so easy to work with. There is a reason they have so many 5-star reviewsthey do a great job!

As the other reviews have all mentioned - Tim Hansard and his company are the best! Works with you to get the job done quickly. Which was important to me in July, 9 months pregnant!

Hansard will get it fixed fast and the customer service is the best around. Don't waste your time looking around for anyone else!!

So our AC controller went out in the summer and we had two contractors out to fix it, each of whom charged a small fortune and didn't do anything to remedy the situation. Tim had great reviews on Kudzu, so I called Hansard and spoke to a nice lady (Tim's wife?). Tim was out of town but we waited till he came back and had him out to the house. He had us patched up in 30 minutes, explained what had happened to the controller and how he fixed it, and then sent us a thank you note! Tim is a class act, and we couldn't be happier. Can't imagine having another HVAC contractor work on our properties!

My AC went out on a weekend due to a freon leak. Based on the good ratings on kudzu I called Hansard on Sunday hoping to "get in line" when they opened on Monday and fielded the calls. To my surprise I got a call back about an hour later and an appointment set for the next afternoon. Tim diagnosed the problem as a coil with a small leak, recharged the system and got it working right away. The coil was still under warranty and he dealt with the manufacturer to get the free replacement, and came back a week later to install it. I definitely recommend Hansard and will use them again in the future.
