I'm not someone who usually writes these, but this is something that needs to be said. This Business has went from fresh laundry, to mold-infested asbestos. I have been a long time customer and lately, the business owner, Aimee, simply does not care about her "Business" and furthermore, my fur-child. I'm getting the word out, and so should you. Let this be a warning to anyone considering this once-great service. I use the term service lightly.

I used Aimee for mid-day visits for several months and I loved the way she took care of my dogs. HOWEVER, after a few unexplained incidences, I ended up having to change the locks on all my doors. I do not believe that she is a trustworthy person who respects her clients personal belongings and I would not allow her to be alone in my home again.

Ammie's been taking care of my two dogs for at least 2 years now. Everytime we go out of town, we don't hesitate to contact her. She's very good at what she does and charges a fair price for her service. We used to drive my dogs to another dog sitting company where they could play with other dogs on a concrete floor. Thanks to Ammie my canine companions can stay at home where they are more comfortable. This saves my wife and I at least an hour each time we travel. Thanks Ammie!

Aimee has been taking care of my cat Civet for the past 6 months. I travel a lot and leave the house for extended weekends. In the past Civet was forced to fend for himself with just a week's worth of food and water set out. My friends and family do not live very close and I was uncomfortable giving my keys out to any neighbors. With HAHP I have found the perfect solution. Now I enjoy my travels much more knowing that he has company to look forward to. The house is always clean when I get home, its nice to get back and not find any surprises waiting for me. Also, Civet used to be shy towards any guests that I would invite over to the house. Not anymore. Thank you Aimee and Happy at Home Pets!

Like many, we both work full time and juggle school schedules for two children. Being away from home 10-12 hours a day is tough on everyone. It is a relief to know that Aimee is there to check on our "only furkid" during the day. Our little beagle is walked daily, played with, fed and watered in the middle of the day. Aimee spends plenty of time with him, making his afternoon much less stressful. He is calmer and very happy when we do return at the end of a work day. Thanks Aimee, much appreciated.

I have five large breed dogs who are healthy and full of life. Aimee is the ONLY person who has demonstrated skill and experience with my pack. They love her and they look forward to her visits for their walks when I am away. I have Aimee stop by even when we are home to take the dogs for a walk. They love it and we recommend Aimee to anyone. Aimee loves animals and she takes exceptional care with her own and yours.

I had previously given Aimee a high rating, before we installed Security Cameras in our house. Our neigbor used Aimee's services and discovered she had brought someone else into their house unauthorized while they were away. Our cameras showed Aimee DID NOT EVEN TOUCH OUR CATS(MUCH LESS PLAY W/THEM. The camera shows one of our cats sitting on his toy crying, and she ignored him. SHE DID NOT EVEN COME ON THANKSGIVING DAY, AND HER LOG OF TIME SPENT HERE WAS FALSE. MAXIMUM TIME SHE SPENT IN OUR HOUSE WAS 15 MIN. LOG SHOWED 45 MIN. SHE FAILED TO CLEAN LITTER BOXES EVERYDAY. OUR CATS WENT 3 DAYS WITH DIRTY LITTER BOXES. WE PREPAID AIMEE FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK. WE WATCHED CAMERAS REMOTELY AND CAME HOME EARLY BECAUSE OF HER NEGLECT OF OUR CATS.When questioned, she had no response. We now are changing our locks and looking for a pet sitter that actually likes animals.

I had my dog in Doggy Day Care, but found it hard to get there in time to pick her up if I had to work late. Since Aimee has been coming, Roxie is happy and has lost her extra weight because she is getting regular exersize. Aimee is dependable and great with animals. Roxie actually gets excited when I tell her "Aimee is coming today".It feels good not to have to worry about my pets while I am at work. Thanks for the great job.

Aimee was recommended to me by the local Red Bandanna specialty pet food store. We had always boarded our to Collie Mixes in the past, but knowing how much they hate it, I thought I'd try a pet sitter. Initially, I was very anxious leaving our 'kids' home alone for a week under the care of someone I had just met. But Aimee's professionalism set my mind at ease. She called to let me know she had arrived for the first visit and reassured me that I could check in as often as I would like. Upon our return, I was very impressed with the entertaining detailed notes she left to chronicle her daily visits. Not only did she note the specific times of arrival and departure, the type of exercise, and even potty occurrences; but she also left funny anecdotes and quirky things she noticed about their personalities. Aimee's love for animals truly shines through in her work and we feel lucky to have found her. In fact, we already have her booked for our next vacation. Thank you Happy at Home Pet Sitting! ;)

I met Amiee at a networking function and have gotten to know her more and more each week as we network together. She is so knowledgeable about pets! She has taught us about the reason's why our animals act certain ways, what to expect from new animals - young or older, how to choose the best pet for you and so many more tips on being a pet owner. Her love for animals shines through in each sentence she speaks! She is a delight and a mentor and i recommend her highly.

I seldom ever leave my dogs for vacations since I have four Basenjis that own me. It is not easy to know someone that is willing to take on these four and come back for more. I have to admit that I have spoiled them rotten and keep them on a very strict diet and routine, and to find someone willing to undertake such an effort is very difficult. But to my pleasure and joy Happy At Home Pets came to my rescue, my dogs loved them and where spoiled even more than I can do. They maintained there diets and exercise, played with them and also watched my home while I was out of town. They called me when a question arose, they gave me peace of mind so I could enjoy my vacation and family while not having to worry about my fur kids or my home. I have recommended them to everyone I know and am very proud to do so. These people are professional, and devoted to the care and well being of your pets. I am a business traveler that happens to be owned by a 100 pound Labrador Retriever. Sally (the Lab) loves attention and I could tell that she wasn't getting the kind of attention she needed at the kennel. Now I use Happy at Home Pets. I am MUCH more comfortable leaving Sally at home rather than in a kennel. It is very obvious that Aimee is a dog lover and Sally sure loves her. Not only does Aimee give Sally the attention she needs, she keeps here eyes on the house when we are gone. Aimee's rates are reasonable and she is very professional and reliable. Sally and I recommend Aimee and Happy at Home as a viable alternative to a small cage at the kennel.
