I should have known something was off when Tim did not show up on the day prescribed. He did call and re-schedule. I had a hill which he was supposed to kill the grass, plant ivy and 9 bushes, and lay down some pine straw for $2000. He did not kill the grass properly, and grass and weeds were growing within 2 weeks. I called him, and called him again. Eventually I got in touch with him and he didn't offer to fix the problem, basically saying there was nothing he could do. Three months later, I am still pulling and killing grass every two weeks. The hill looks like crap and is an eyesore to my home.

Mr. Symmonds' bid came in lower than several others, so I chose Harbor Bay Landscaping for installation of a retaining wall in my back yard. Mr. Symmonds arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. He listened to what I wanted, and suggested an aesthetic improvement to my design. We agreed on this and he did the installation exactly as promised. The wall came out absolutely beautiful. It transformed the backyard into a lovely patio space. Furthermore, Mr. Symmonds not only gave a reasonable and realistic price estimate, he also came in under budget. I highly recommend Harbor Bay Landscaping to anyone considering landscaping services, especially for retaining walls.
