Best Personal Trainer!, 6/30/2011

I have spent almost 3 yrs with Stacia, she is a fantastic trainer! She is always supportive and receptive to my fitness/health needs. If you want a Jillian Michael's up in your face yelling at you,... Stacia is not the right trainer for you. She will push you when you need it and will praise you for your effort. She will give you the tools to succeed but you obviously have to LISTEN! She is flexible with appt times/days and can train you with other clients for a reduced fee. I have trained with Stacia throughout my pregnancy up until my 38th week and returned to training a month after I delivered. She was very attentive to my special needs during pregnancy, watching my HR and diet, etc. I work as a nurse and before I trained with Stacia I used to have horrible aching legs after my 12-hr shift, not to mention the back aches. After training, my legs and back are so much stronger and no longer ache like they used to. Not only have I gained strength and health but I've also gained a friend and a valuable resource!

"Awesome Motivator"!, 6/11/2009

What can I say besides, thank you Stacia. Thank you for giving your time, your kindness, your motivation, and your belief in me. You have pushed me past my limits, my breaking points, and... everything I thought I couldn't do. You have taken the time to encourage and support me and you have given so much more of yourself than I could imagine. You are not only an excellent personal trainer but, you are a dear friend who offers unconditional enthusiasm when it comes to any dream, any opportunity, or even any simple thought. You selflessly help others accomplish their goals and their ambitions. You are a rare Woman that adds a little something special to every situation and I feel lucky to have you in my life. You have proven to be anything but a hypocrite. You practice what you preach by carrying yourself in good health and well-being. You are educated on how the body works and why, and the effect that diet and nutrition, have on the mind. You have given me results. For that I Thank you my friend

Best Personal Trainer

In December of 2008, my doctor informed me that I was overweight and pre-diabetic. If that wasn’t enough, she also informed me that I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. My first thought was “I’m only 35 years old, this shouldn’t be happening;” I lost all hope. I thought that it would be impossible to reverse the damage that I had already done to my body. My doctor said the only solution was diet and exercise, otherwise I risked the chance of managing these conditions with daily medication that come with their own uncomfortable side effects. My wife had been seeing Stacia for over a year, and the results were amazing. On my wife’s advice, I started seeing Stacia the first week in January 2009, and I have been seeing her ever since. Stacia not only showed me how to exercise properly, she also helped with my diet. After 5 months of working with Stacia, my blood pressure is excellent (112/80), my cholesterol went down by 15 points, I am no longer pre-diabetic – my blood sugar went from 110 to 90 – well below the normal range, and I have lost over 20 pounds. My waist is smaller than it was in high school! As an added bonus, I look and feel fantastic. I must say that Stacia literally saved my life. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone.
