My wife recently booked a 29.95 inspection. The attending technician gave her a quote of approx.700 dollars for necessary repairs. Having a background in this area I was a little skeptical so I had a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED firm that does a lot of work in our community give me a second opinion. As I suspected no repairs were necessary. I contacted Hardin to request a return of my money and have heard nothing from them 3 weeks later. Make sure you get a second opinion if you deal with this company.

My 12-year old evaporative cooler died while it was covered by a four-year maintenance agreement purchased from Hardin Service Group. After some negotiation, Hardin offered to replace the old unit with a new one and install it for the wholesale cost of the unit alone. They honored the agreement and I now have a new unit.

I learned about Hardin Service Group through a friend of mine. I needed an installation done of a special type of AC/Heating unit as well as needing my main unit replaced. The guys at Hardin gave me a fair price and followed up with quality work. We are very happy with the results, and I strongly recommend them. I did look at other companies before I selected Hardin but they had the best price and support hands down.
