Although I did a simple refinance I thought this was an exceptional experience. Not only was Mr. Harlan knowledgeable and personable, but he went out of his way to be helpful. All my documents were prepared ahead of time. The whole process was very fast, while taking the time for any question I had. You'd think for this level of service you'd be paying a higher price, but I found the rates to be the most competitive in the area. On top of all this I got all my documents on CD. When I told Mr. Harlan I can't believe I had all these documents from my original home loan he offered to scan all my prior closing documents onto CD as well. A+

Seriously, thanks guys. I found a house that I loved, but it was a short sale. My agent was clueless (that's a different review altogether), and the seller's agent was no better. Still, these guys got involved, took charge, and got me to closing. Thanks!

I just refinanced my house, and my loan officer picked them for my closing. Everything went well, and they were super friendly. They even wired my money to me at no charge.

I've bought and sold a number of houses over the years, and this was the best closing I've ever been to. Everything was really easy, and I liked that they gave me copies of everything on CD.

Very nice - my closing went nice and smooth and relaxed, and I even got all my copies on a CD. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy closing.
