Formerly 'Harley Davidson of Clayton County' in Morrow, GA, currently 'Thunder Tower West Harley Davidson.' I have never had a worse experience than I had with this dealership. The low level sales teams and the maintenance managers were incredibly helpful and professional. The problem is with the 'shop owner' and the upper echelon sales managers. I truly have never been treated more unprofessionally. I purchased a motorcycle from this dealership in September of 2014. Due to a limited number of words I can use on the review I will make my problem short. I was given "the wrong motorcycle." The dealership gave me someone else's previously purchased motorcycle and didn't realize until 1 week and 500 miles later. In the end, the motorcycle I thought and was told I purchased had keyless ignition and a security system. However, I was given a bike without those features to replace the bike that was "not mine." The dealership management and 'shop owner' absolutely refused to add those features to my new replacement bike, despite the fact I paid for and was told I would have those features. Be very careful when purchasing from them.

I don't know why the 1 star ratings here; but, I'll share my experience with Clayton County Harley by posting what I wrote to them in a "Thank You" e-mail. I called ClayCo HD looking for a replacement Heritage Leather Touring Bag - HD Part # 98864-97. Charlie in the Parts Dept. told me they didn't have one. He could have easily said " See ya later", and hung up. Nope, Charlie looked up every freakin' HD dealer in the US that had one! Specifically, the only one in the state of Georgia was at the Cartersville HD dealer. Not wanting to wait, I drove from Gay, Ga. to Cartersville (about 100 miles each way), and just as Charlie said, it was there, and I bought what I wanted. Now, seeing as ClayCO HD, and specifically Charlie, get nothing for being so helpful, I felt compelled to at least tell you how very much I appreciate it. I hope ya can give him the coveted "Golden Piston Award" (shut-up, I made it up!), a free lunch, a cup of coffee, or, even a ca$h bonus. Now I know at least 1 HD parts person I can rely on for any oddball help I may need - that would be Charlie. You can bet I will now stop by ClayCo HD anytime I am close. Thank you ClayCo HD, and be sure to thank Charlie again for me.

DO NOT BUY A HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE! ESPECIALLY FROM HERE!! By far Harley Davidson is the hands down worst motorcycle I have ever ridden. It is the least safe, worst performing, poorly assembled, most expensive to purchase and maintain motorcycle. It is the least agile, slowest braking, least maneuverable of any motorcycle in its class. If you are determined to get one ... DO NOT GET ONE WITH "ABS". It will most likely cause you to run into the back of someone. The ABS on the 2012 Road King is defective in some form or fashion. Going over anything other than pristine pavement will activate the ABS increasing what is already a less than desirable stopping distance / time. Feel free to email me for further. southmetro. atl. co. motor officer @ gmail.com. I had to add spaces to my email address for this review to post.

this place is terrible, unfortunately my wife bought my birthday present here, so when i returned it i got a store credit, the part i wanted was in stock over the phone, but that was a computer mix up. They didnt have it, they ordered it, said it would be here in a week, pretty ridiculous in todays world, but they had me. Well its been 10 days and no sign of my part anywhere, no one calls, no one answers the phone when you call. no one cares, all my buddies told me to stay away from this place. With granite mountain nearby, with lots of parts in stock, why even bother with these buffoons.
