I had called to get a quote on a new bike and Jay gave me a price then when I got to the dealer it was the exact price quoted no up charges or any other BS, like Earl Smalls did. These guys are easy to deal with and don't play games.

I had to get my bike serviced. A regular service and a couple more things I wanted checked out. Blake was a great tech. He knew exactly what I was talking about, and was able to explain to me how he was going to fix what I needed, and then did the job right. If you ever have to get your Harley worked on, I would suggest Blake at Harley of Atlanta on Thorton Rd.

I went into this dealer with my husband to look at Sportsters for myself & salesmen were all over us. We were just looking that day. The next week I returned, alone, to buy the '07 black Sportster low. No one would even look at me. All of the salesmen were busy holding down the counter with their elbows, I left. I returned a couple days later, alone, & received the same customer service. Know what? I will never own a Harley Davidson, never ever! I am now a proud owner of a Triumph, and got excellent customer service! My husband was so impressed with the Triumph he bought one a week later. Wow, because you wouldn't talk to a female you lost 2 sales yourself & Harley Davidson lost 2 customers for life...

Now this is what I call going all out to exceed customer exceptations. My first impression was not a good one. I was new to the cycle riding and didn't know anything about a Hog other than they are the best. The first sales rep and I didn't hit it off. I still wanted a bike. So another sales rep suggested that I take the riders course, so I did. After the course the sales manager made it a point to correct my first experience. So she did, now I have a 05 Softail Deluxe. Other than Home Depot, this is my favorite place to shop.... My wife loves it too.

Customer service is AWFUL, A JOKE, it is near impossible to get helped at the parts counter. I finally left and went elsewhere. I won't be back, I would get the part faster if I ordered it online and waited for FEDEX

We love this dealership! Their selection of clothing is great, as their line of new and used bikes. They always have promotions going for their customers, with lots of free food, etc. I also took the Riders Edge class here and it was AWESOME!! Got my license, learned a lot, and left a much safer rider!! I would definitely take a friend shopping here!!
