Wife called. "It'll be $50 to have it looked at". Turns out it's $50 to drive there, $85 to troubleshoot, then the cost of parts and labor on top of that. $50 quickly turned into $300 (which would have been fine up front). Dishonest business practices.

Had a water heater replaced. There was a leak in a line afterward but the technician did not have the proper part so he left it dripping. I had to fix the line myself. BEWARE!! STAR CLEAR OF THESE GUYS....

We were struck by lightening. John from Harp came in and replaced what had been burned when we were hit and also fixed several thngs that were done wrong when the house was built. I feel much safer now that Harp has been to our house.

They're not the cheapest, but they have the best service guys in Oklahoma. Definately worth the extra few bucks to make sure it's done right. You can really trust these guys.
