At our last appointment, my husband asked if he were near the cap for our insurance. The receptionist told him "At most you'll pay $100". This was the last week of December, for a cap. If he'd been told "we don't know, you need to call your insurance", he would have waited the ONE WEEK to make sure the procedure was covered. We ended up with a bill for over $600! When we questioned this, the account person was extremely rude and just kept telling me there was nothing she could do. Finally talked to the office manager, who brought the bill down to $460, even though my insurance assures me that at most I should owe $413 - but the office manager basically called me a liar when I told her what the receptionist said and hung up on me. I will never return to a place where the staff has such a lack of ethics and where they are so clearly only out to get your cash, not your repeat business.

Fantastic team. Front desk is friendly when you call and come in. The dentist and staff are great. Easy to joke around with but, professional at the same time. I am a big sissy when it comes to dental work and they easily calmed my fears. I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen all 4 visits. The dentist recently bonded my front tooth and it looks amazing. I am going for the dreaded root canal next week and I'm pleased to say that I found this place to do it. Noel Walter (Holmdel)
