Business overview

Health Conservation Programs, Inc (HCPI) incorporated in 1982 for the purpose of providing on-site hearing conservation services to companies that must comply with OSHA's hearing conservation amendment, 29 CFR 1910.95. We expanded our services to include respiratory protection services in 1990. It was natural fit. With medical practitioners available as consultants, providing on-site pulmonary function testing, fit testing, and employee training on the same visit as providing on-site hearing.. conservation services, translates into far less time needed management to comply with the rules. On September 13, 2000, the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) implemented the industry-wide 30 CFR PART 62 - Occupational Noise Exposure requirements. Similar, but not identical to OSHA hearing conservation requirements, our establish program of on-site hearing testing, noise monitoring, and employee training, combined with our experienced personnel, helped to bring many small and medium sized mines and quarries into compliance - and at a very reasonable cost.
