Undeniably the worst health insurance company
Being a member for many, many years, my experience with this insurance company has been the worst of any I've ever had to deal with. From slow payments to providers, to the incompetence of their staff, HPN continues to be the absolute epitome of CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. I am fortunate to have obtained new coverage with a much better carrier. If your new or present employer offers this for medical coverage, the best you can do is opt for the more expensive PPO plan. There is so much more I can say, but suffice it to say if you can avoid having to deal with these people, do so.
