I was going to this store over 15 years. I loved this store, however when I moved from the area, I could not go as often, so I would make monthly trips. Over the months, I noticed a decline in the friendliness of the employees, but ignored it because everyone has a bad day. The last time I went, I was greeted with horrible service. Not only did I see a lady dressed in fishnet stockings and stilettos working behind the counter, but another lady thought my children needed a "calming solution". I guessed she thought that because they were talking and laughing with each other in their stroller, they needed to be "calmed". (They are 3 were 1.) I also wanted to exchange an acidophyllis product that I bought under their recommendation. I did not use the product, but somehow it got wet from the rain that day. I received a lecture about how they would have to take a loss on this product because they did not know if they would be able to resell it. I told the "fishnet lady" if she liked, I would pay for the product AND I would buy the acidophyllis product that I am use to buying. But she continued to go on and on about "her" loss. I said, "Excuse me? I said would pay for it and buy my other item." She then told me she would exchange the merchandise. However, for future reference, wet items cannot be exchanged. I decided at that time that it would be the last time I would go to Health Unlimited, because I don't need a lecture. Either do the return, or don't except it.
