First off - I'm a car guy - I do 90% of my own work. If I have to take a vehicle to someone else - I don't enjoy it. With that said: Hedricks Automotive exceeded any expectations that I had for the work done on the 2003 xTerra. The engine stopped, and I had tried for a few days to figure it out. After doing research on Kudzu ans asking around, I had it towed to Hedricks. The solved the problem (that I missed) and also gave several alternatives for repair and some suggestions for other things that could use attention. In the end, I feel that the pricing was very reasonable, and did not consider their recommendations to be "upsell items" like many dealerships bombard you with. After the work was done, I consider them to be EXTREMELY honest. Until we picked up the vehicle, all of our communication was done by phone. I found nothing different then what I was told. The icing on the cake? Being a car guy, I checked all the work out , and have kep an eye on it since. I am pleased to report that all the work areas were CLEAN! (sign of a professional mechanic) and now 3 months after... no leaks and no problems at all! I will definitely use/recommend this shop again. PS: When they gave me the estimate for the work I had done, they mentioned that they would be using factory parts.... I can confirm that this IS the case - I personally saw some of the markings when checked out the xTerra Later.

Hedrick's has serviced my Hondas and Acuras for many years. Terry and Linda run a great, small shop and provide the very best service at prices that are consistently lower than the dealerships'. Nothing fancy, but that's not what I'm looking for when I need maintenance or repairs. Honesty and integrity are their way of business. Highly recommended.

I have been going to them for a while and I my car even though 1 1/2 years older seems to be running better. I think they really know what they are doing. I am reasonably sure they are honest as well. Edited: Just wanted to say that I have continued to go here for another couple years after I posted this. I am amazed by the lack of B.S. you get from this establishment. Also the same mechanic works on my car every time!! I love that!

For as long as I have my Honda, I'll take it here for work. They are honest, reliable and great to do business with! I would recommend them to anyone with a Honda!

After purchasing a used Honda for my teenage daughter, I had Terry check it over for any necessary repairs and maintance. He gave me a very through evaluation. He also proposed a stage of service, such as "must do", "should do" , and "this can wait", but might be a good idea. I trusted him to any work on her car.

They helped us with our 1999 Acura when we needed a part in a hurry! Nothing means more to a stranded motorist than prompt service and Acura parts can be pricey and hard to find, but they provided great service. We felt like we were dealing with the dealership in our hometown.
