I couldn't be happier!! 3 other companies came in and immediately wanted to replace our system. These guys came in, gave us the option of repair or replace. They said if the repair didn't hold for a year, they would credit the cost of the repair towards the cost of a new system. How could we lose? We are at 6 months so far and the system is running like a champ! We'll probably replace in the Spring (we just needed a stop gap to get us by) and I know who we'll call!!

Great company, great staff. Price was more than I planned on spending, but the service was outstanding. Small family owned company that will do what they say, when they say. Recommend highly.

As a husband and father of 3 small children, having service technicians in your home while you're away can be unnerving. The guys from Heimler were great. They made my family feel comfortable with their professionalism and they treated us fairly and efficiently with their service. I highly recommend them.

Scott came to my home about a gas leak and structure of furnace in a hall closet. He told me where the leak was and charged me $39 for a service call, although no services were performed. He gave me an estimate of $986 to repair the leak and resolve issues he said "were not up to code". I called a second company for a opinion. They found and repaired the gas leak on their initial visit - it was not where Scott said it was. This company gave an estimate for repair of $200. Heimler is a rip off artist who will charge what he can get away with. He is not honest. Beware - call someone for a second opinion before allowing him to work for you.

A/C problems on a Friday. Called and the owner of the company was out late that afternoon. Imagine the owner showing up on a Friday afternoon. Checked out my A/C issues quoted a price and installed on Monday. Thank You!! He has since stopped by a couple of times to check the unit and insure it is working properly.

Our a/c unit was on its last leg when Scott first came out. He got us up and running in just a few minutes but warned the fix was temporary. Once the unit kicked the bucket, Scott and his team did all they could to help us with getting a new unit installed. He and his crew arrived in the morning and the house was cooling by late afternoon. The work was neat and they left everything clean. You never would have known they were here, except the house was finally cool! One small problem with our hot water heater was repaired by them as well. Only issue we had was they couldn't seem to get it re-lit and left us with no hot water but my husband was able to light it as soon as he arrived home. All in all, a great job by good folks! Before calling Heimler, I had two unnamed companies come out and they were ONLY interested in replacing my complete a/c system. Scott and his crew did a VERY thorough inspection and was able to repair my unit, saving me thousands of dollars. Thanks!!
Heimler came out and repaired my air conditioner and was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and made me feel very comfortable.I would not hesitate to use them again.
Our Heating/AC package was 16 years old and very tired. Our electric bill was astronomical. I called Heimler and they were there within 2 hrs. They assessed our specific needs and installed a quality system at an affordable price. My family is comfortable and the electric bill is noticeably lower. Keep up the good work!
Tech was on time for the apppintment. Great customer service and igniter and ignition module were replaced on spot. A miscommunication issue was resoved in a satisfactory manner.

We used Heimler back in Feb to replace our furnace and had a very good experience with them so when our sons ac unit played out they were the only company I referred him to. As before they really went out of their way to make sure everything was explained and understood before they started their work. They were there on time, went straight in to work and was finished within their time frame they had quoted. This company has such good customer service, both in office and in the field, that they make you feel very comfortable asking them questions about the work, something very rare nowadays. This week our ac went out and guess who we called? Another outstanding experience!

I scheduled a service appointment with this Heimler because they had really reasonable cost and seemed really professional and helpful. Once the appt was set I was told the service person would arrive in 3 hour window and would give me a call 45 mins prior to arrival. I thought that was great so I wouldn't be held hostage and could run some errands in the neighborhood. Needless to say, the appt window came and went, I called to get an idea of what was going on and I was told, the techs were still out on prior calls and they would call me. I let another hour go by before I told them I needed to leave bu 530, I was told they would work to get tech out prior to that time. Well 5:30 came and went and I never received a call to apologize or offer explanation of what happened. I'm not sure what type of service the company provides when it come to repair, but when it comes to professionalism and keeping ones word, I would have to say I would never refer this company if you need a reliable quick ac tune-up. Thankfully I contacted another company that gave me a time (on a Saturday, I might add) and took care of my servicing needs!

We appreciate the compliment about our office being kind and helpful- we try hard to make our customers feel important! We did call the customer to let him know the technician was running behind. It was an unusually hot day for Spring and several service calls took longer than anticipated. This gentleman told our office if it was after 5:30 not to come. We called at 5:15 to try and reschedule this call and got his voice mail. We are willing to offer a complimentary maintenance call if he would like to call the office to be used at any time in the future.
