This house was my first purchase and it was stressful and emotional, and in addition I was making this move to start afresh after the recent loss of my husband.

Using Heineck & Company and having my agent Christine by my side I felt at peace and comfortable in the very stressful job of finding a place for me and my two dogs(who are my world). She was a great communicator and made house hunting fun and took a load of my shoulders.

I am so honored to be part of the Neighborhood HERO program that Heineck & Company are involved in. They teamed with local businesses for this program and for the closing on my new home they gave up a part of their commission in honor of neighborhood heroes like my husband, who was killed in active duty in Afghanistan.

My agent was very personable, interactive and a wealth of knowledge about locations, school districts, what makes for a good home investment and so much more. She was more than an agent and happy to now call her a friend. I could not have done this without her or Heineck & Company.

Jill and Christine provided invaluable information and advice – resulting in a GREAT offer and successful closing, while most of my neighbors’ homes remained on the market. Useful advice and service included: Setting competitive offer price and incentives, Conducting pre-listing inspection & reasonable repairs, and Negotiating the final contract (including special stipulations).

Also, unlike most other R/E agents, Jill and Christine were extremely responsive to ALL of my questions and concerns – regardless of how small.

A great experience all the way around. Jill and Christine know the Atlanta market and what it takes to get a house sold. They also do a fantastic job listening to the needs of the client and then finding that property to fit.
