I was in the market to trade my Sportster for a low-mileage used Super Glide in their inventory. It took patience on both our parts to work through the 2.5 hours to get to the deal we were both satisfied with, but we did and life is good :o) I've had similar experiences with the Cartersville location. This is a good group of people to deal with.

After being blown off by another Harley Davidson dealer for being female, I thought I would give this one a try. Same results as the other dealer. I was trying to buy a 883 Sportster Low in black so I gave them a call to see if they had one in stock. I was told that they would call me back. They did, two weeks later! I told them thanks anyway, I already purchased a Triumph. My husband was so impressed with my Triumph he purchased one a week later. Not only did Earl Smalls Harley Davidson lose 2 new motorcycle sales, Harley Davidson lost 2 customers for life. If this is the Harley Davidson lifestyle I want no part.

I have been to many of the HD dealerships, and this one, by far is the most friendly and helpful dealership in town. The employees go out of their way to greet you and to see if you need assistance. The service is awesome, and fast.
