I used to sell car at a high pressure lot so I can recognize it instantly when someone starts talking. I spoke with what I'm guessing to be the sales mananger on the ford side of things and within 2 words, I saw pinned him to be a crook. High pressure and not willing to move off of the monthly payment when All I cared about was the purchase price of the car. NExt, the value of the Trade ins. I had 2 cars for trade in. 1, 2003 ford focus, KBB Trade in Value, $5700-$6200, Hellers offer, $3000. 2. 2007 Silverado, KBB 17K-18K, Herrer's Offer, $16K. They were not willing to move on the price, not willing to offer more for trade in's and the Manager was quite RUDE during the entire process.

I've been a satisfied customer of Homer Heller Ford for 12 years. We have bought both new and used vehicles from them for us and our children, and have never been disappointed with our purchases. As good as it is for buying cars and trucks from them, their Service Department outshines them all! Being 'the chosen one' to take our vehicles in for maintence services, I've met many of the Service Advisors. After meeting Mr. Tim LaFuze only twice, we happened to see each other, with our families, at a huge, local Christmas display. He acknowledged seeing me, called me by name, and even knew two of my four children's names! Needless to say, he's been my service advisor first choice ever since then. Locating a customer-friendly business is, sadly, a pretty rare thing to find lately. It is apparent in ALL areas of the dealership. Heller's Customer Service waiting area is top of the line, with comfortable, quality furniture set up in an extra-large, nicely decorated room, with lots of windows, tv's, computers, and phones. A separate, glassed-in children's room (with very clean carpets), had colorful decorations and movies, and lots of kid-friendly toys. Spotless restrooms are close by, and complimentary fresh-brewed beverages are available for customers. My favorite part of the waiting area is there are NO stacks of NEW TIRES to pollute the air!! Now that is great service!!...
