Purchased an older used car. Car seemed to be in good condition. I asked if the car needed any service done to it - I was told no, the car is in good shape under the hood. Took the car to my mechanic the next day and found the car is in need of a tune up, brake system and a part for the front wheels. They have their own mechanics on site - I wonder if they knew of the issues with the car?? I will not make any future purchases with this company.

Bought a used car at Hennessy for a decent price on 06/24/09. Customer service was ok and no hassel sales until time to buy their extended 'Vehicle One' warranty. Dave Stephens the finance director highly suggested the extended service warranty --- the cost was $2350.00. The 'Service Engine Soon' light came on and I took the vehicle in for service this week expecting a $50 deductible. The service guy Kenneth Tennison advised me that the repair was not a covered item on my warranty. I was shocked because I was under the impression from the finance director that everything would be covered except wear and tear items. The cost of the repair was $565.02!!! Look elsewhere for a warranty --ie AAA has a much better extended warranty.

I purchased my Mazda 3 at Hennessy Pontiac/GMC over a year ago. Was very pleased with the sales person. Have been taking the car back for regularly scheduled maintenance/oil changes and have been very pleased with the service center's staff.
