    When my still-under-warranty car didn't start, I figured it was something catastrophic that was under warranty. Had it towed to Hennessy. It turned out to be the battery and allegedly the cable. I was given no choice as to what length battery I wanted. The whole thing was over $350 and was literally my Xmas present. Considering that it only had 21,000 miles on it and is regularly serviced, I would have thought someone would have noticed that something was amiss. The whole experience was unpleasant.

    I had a timing belt package done on my 2004 Honda Civic in April 2010 by Hennessy Honda for $700 dollars. Hennessy did not replace the $12 cam seals which are located below the timing belt and can ONLY be accessed by removing the timing belt. This is a normal and best practice service that other Honda dealerships perform. However, as a single mother who is an accountant, I didn't know that at the time given that I'm not a car guru. On Oct. 21st, 2010 my tensioner pulley broke because oil had been leaking inside that compartment for 6 months, unbeknowst to me, and caused the timing belt to slip, break a tooth and as a result, break the pulley. Hennessy would NOT honor the warranty and I had to bring my car to Honda Carland and pay ANOTHER $700 dollars to have the entire timing belt package re-done. The GM, the sales manager, Scott Bailey and Ed in the service department all were completely unwilling to help out in ANY WAY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HENNESSY. If you need Honda service go to Honda Carland.

    I've been taking my vehicles to this Honda location, even before it was owned by Hennessey. (almost 19 years) I've never had an issue with a service on my cars. I've never broken down and been stranded, I've never even had to use my AAA for anything with my Vehicles. Ed Miller is the best, but I've had good luck with all the other Service Advisors too. People like to bad mouth Dealerships, but I trust this one without question. Honda's are the best and well worth the cost.
