I purchased a used XJL from Hennessy Buckhead and recently had the silver paint on the front wheels to peel off. Personally, I never know they painted the wheels. I also purchase the 100,000 mile warranty. When I asked about the peeling paint problem, I was told that it wasn't covered. After further investigation, I learned that the rear wheels were re-painted prior to me buying the car. It seems to me that this is a factory problem with the wheels and the repair should be covered. I asked if Hennessy Buckhead would split the cost, but they wouldn't help. I've purchased 2 expensive cars from Hennessy and had expected more.

My Jag S-Type had a small coolant leak, took it to Hennessy Jaguar for diagnostics and repair. Leaving my luxury car at a luxury dealer, the loaner car they provided was CRAP. PT CRUISER? Thanks Hennessy, yall sure know how to treat your customers. Service manager called and quoted me $1600+ for a total cooling system replacement. I felt like I was being scammed. Went online and found the highest rated import shop in ATL. EUROPEAN MOTOR CARS just happens to be less than one block from HenJag on Piedmont Rd. When I took the car there, the guys were very polite and knowledgable. I told them HenJag quoted me $1600 and they looked at each other and laughed; both mechanics are former HenJag technicians. Within five minutes of arriving at EUROPEAN MOTOR CARS, they had popped my hood and showed me the problem. A worn coolant resevoir needed to be replaced, a very simple repair indeed. They charged me $200 and hardly any labor since it only took 5 mins to install. Thanks European Motor Cars. UGLY LOANER CAR / SNOOTY CUSTOMER SERVICE / OVERPRICED PARTS AND LABOR / PRICE GOUGING = HENNESSY JAGUAR My buddy made a good point when we rode by the HenJag dealership after this all transpired. He said, "Ya know, they gotta pay for that fancy showroom and all the fat cats somehow." Well said, these guys were definitly out to rip me off. GO TO EUROPEAN MOTOR CARS FIRST!
