In this day and age, when you purchase a vehicle from a dealership the curtain has been pulled back and there are very little secrets that a dealer can hide; courtesy of the internet. Working in the automotive industry myself, I am often times a dealer's worst nightmare because I have direct interaction with the Manufacturer and can generally have the information quicker than they do. But I have to say, after purchasing 15 vehicles in the past two decades, this 16th purchase tops them all. From the moment I talked to Drew on the phone, to the second I entered the showroom and was introduced to Greg, the experience was all aces in my book. Hennessy brings the level of professionalism that other dealers should fear. I never once felt pressured, and all things considered in my particular situation, the transaction was smooth and I am a proud owner of my dream car, a Porsche. Not to mention that this is the first Porsche I have ever owned and I can tell you it will not be my last. I do not often write reviews, mostly because it is very hard to 'wow' me. But I owe it to the Hennessy family to share my story with the world, and hope that I can give something back to the family that opened their arms to me and welcomed me into the fold. Thank you Drew, Greg, and Hennessy Porsche team for being the most professional in the industry and I look forward to my next purchases in the future. You have earned a customer for life! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I negotiated over the course of two days for the purchase of a used car through Hennessy's internet sales department. As of yesterday, we had struck a deal on the vehicle (in writing), which was confirmed this morning (in writing). I had lined up a ride to pick up the car this afternoon and was sitting at my bank in front of my banker filling out the forms for a cashier's check when I was told (initially via e-mail, no less) that the dealership had entered into another agreement on the car after my agreement, that they would not honor my agreement and wait for me to get there, and that the first person to get there would get the car whether or not I made the effort to drive up there at my inconvenience and that of my colleague. To be clear, despite having a deal in place, the dealership would not even wait for me to get there! They claimed this was their "policy". How outrageous. The unapologetic sales manager tried to explain it in terms of what would happen if I got there and there was something wrong with the car that they failed to tell me about and I didn't buy it as a result! I fail to see how any misrepresentation by them would be my fault! I guess used car sales people are used car sales people no matter where you go - questionable characters who are not to be trusted. Look elsewhere.

I purchased my car from Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta back in 2007 and since then I have been getting my car serviced there all of the time. All of my visits have been very positive and great customer service. But today my visit was terrific. While waiting on my car to be serviced, Matt provided me with a quiet office so I could work in my laptop. Since the dealership has free Wi-Fi, This really allowed me to make great use of my time while waiting on my car. So I really appreciate the customer consideration and the Hennessy service area going out of their way to make my visit so pleasant and useful. I am definitely a happy customer and will continue to set my vehicle serviced at Hennessy Porsche. I highly recommend their dealership and the service department.
