That's it...I have had it with this dealership. I received a telephone call today from the loud mouth Sabrina Crawford informing me that my registration did not successfully transfer over from the CTS I traded in with no apologies forthcoming for any inconvenience this may cause me. She's just rude and unprofessional and lacks people skills. If I had the displeasure of dealing with her prior to purchasing my CTS I would have walked out of the door. But of course they keep her hidden and locked up in the back somewhere while you are sealing your deal.I purchased my vehilcle at the end of August 2012 and I get a call today Oct 15, 2012 that my registration did not successfully transfer over. However, while at the dealership during my purchase I was reassured by my salesman that the process of transferring my registration over was something he handled over the computer. So basically I have been riding around in my newly purchased vehicle for over a month now with invalid tags/registration. At the time of purchase I turned in 2 sets of keys for my CTS trade in and asked for two sets of keys in return. My salesman, Steve, was very accomodating. Although he provided me with one key to my newly purchased vehicle he assured me that he would get another key for me.I discovered that Heritage Cadillac had no interest in providing me with additonal key to the vehicle but AFTER PURCHASE I was informed that a second key was not in the contract.

I bought a used SAAB (still under warranty) from an individual about 2 years ago. I had a problem with the car and took it to Heritage. They kept it for 3 weeks, then called me and said it was fixed. It was not. I had to return the car 8 times within 1 year for the same problem, each time they assured me that the car was fixed. I contacted a company rep and requested they buy the car back under the lemon law. They would not. On 2 occasions I found left over parts (bolts, screws, tools, etc.) in the car after repairs were made. One time the leather steering wheel was cut, another time the bumper was scratched very bad. When they changed the oil the drain plug was "rounded off" completely. The company rep told me that I would be better off taking my car to one of the SAAB dealerships on the north side of the city. The people are very friendly but friendly doesn't fix cars.

I did not purchase my car from Heritage, but since I started letting them service it in 2002, I would not take it anywhere else. I have not felt a highly pressure sales pitch at all and when servicing a luxury vehicle that is unusual.

I recently had my car service there. The staff was excellent and the service was also. There was a room for my 2 year old to play and they also provided lunch free of charge. Superior customer service!!!!!!!
