I expected to write a positive review given the start of our fence project - Jeff was the first to arrive to quote the work and did a great job of helping us think through our options for fencing and decking. It took a little while to get the team out here to install the fence, but the quality of the work was a good value for the money - at least once we got the crew to fix a few leaning posts.

Unfortunately, that's when the service level fell apart. We had a small addition added to our deck that I assumed would be painted (Jeff asked "would you like us to repaint your whole deck so that the new paint matches the old?" and I said yes), but we seemed to have a misunderstanding on that one. SO, I agreed to pay for all materials and labor and Jeff would forego a profit margin on this final piece of work (only about 1/10th of the overall project, which was > $4K.) That was in April, more than 4 months ago. After numerous calls and emails (many of which he has ignored), I still can't get him out here to finish the project. We're left with a very messy looking raw wood addition that doesn't match the rest of our house at all.

If you do end up using Heritage Fence, make sure not to pay until they're truly finished with the work or you'll never have a completed project.

Over the years we have hired contractors for all different kinds of projects. This was the FIRST time we didn't have to redo the work. Our old fence needed to be replaced but the idea of attempting another project was stressful for us. Jeff was very patient, always there to answer our questions and genuinely wanted us to be happy with the end product. He and his crew did an outstanding job. They left the property in great shape and never complained about all of the poison ivy they had to battle. They offered a quality fence at a fair price. When we are ready to redo our deck, he will be the first one we call. GREAT JOB!!

After alot of disouragement fence shopping, thanks to an abundance of ingenuity on the part of Jeff and his team I was able to get a beautiful fence for the kids and dogs, one nicer than I ever thought I could afford. Thanks Jeff for all you did for us! And most of all, thanks for the beautiful custom made gates! A wonderful surprise to top it all off. I highly recommend Heritage Fence!

Heritage Fence constructed a large 6' dogeared cedar shadowbox fence on our hilly and partly wooded property. Jeff was very patient with my EXTREME attention to detail and asking many, many questions. He spoke respectfully and was thorough in his explanations, unlike some other fence company estimators I met with. He was very willing to accommodate my desire to cut as few plants as possible on my property. Ramon and his crew did a great job on the fence itself and respected my wishes about the plants and trees. They seemed to truly want the job done well and to my satisfaction; they did not act like they were just doing their job to get it done. It looks beautiful! Jeff went above and beyond what I expected in
terms of customer service. I definitely recommend Heritage
Fence.

Submitted a request for an estimate online, within 48hrs the owner called. I wasn't ready for a fence when they did the free estimate and said I needed about 3 months. Never hassled to do it soon or anything, about 3 months later I get a call asking if i'm still interested. I was and I signed a contract. They installed a 6' privacy fence with a double gate in 3 days. I was very satisfied with the work and price, I'll probably have them do my deck too.
