Suffice it to say my experience with Danielle Maggio, Chanelle White and, Mike Cancemi to date has been exceptional. Most of my requests are by phone for procedural questions and guidance These requests have been handled professionally and with a smile, yes you can hear a smile. Recently, my interaction has become more frequent and in person. The Heritage onsite support team led by and including Danielle has been competent, capable and a real pleasure. Exceptional customer service in not a level that can be obtained rather, it is the result of continual improvement.

Heritage, although more than other companies in town, are well worth the money. They are proffessional, extremely knowledgeable and were very responsive. Recently they helped turn our Condominium Association from the brink of insolvency to making strides towards a actually having some money in reserves (which for us is a totally new concept).

currently I live in a place managed by heritage properties. the building is dirty and disgusting. there is mold on the stairs. the screens are falling out. I have sent emails repeatedly and nothing has been done.
