Tony was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the cars. The finance manager was also great to deal with. The next person I know that wants a car I will send to Tony at Heritage Volkswagen!

I dreaded buying a car more than anything and did most of my research on-line to avoid dealerships. Once I did find the car I wanted to look at - I found this dealership amazingly pleasant to deal with. I was treated with complete respect. I did end up purchasing the car and my salesrep, Dee Brock, was super helpful and efficient through every step of the process. I could tell that he was the type that always goes above and beyond for his customers. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I am really happy with the car I purchased from them!

My experience with Heritage VW was excellent! Everything promised was prompty delivered. Explanation about the new car was exceptional. Mr. Brock is to be complimented on his ability, professionalism, and demeanor!

Went car shopping over the summer. Spoke with them ove the phone and she gave me what my monthy payments would be. Also said that with that I'd get free gas for a year that only they were offering. Which was true. No on would match that. On top of that I'd get free oil chnages for 2 years. Well when I went it she gave me a higher price than on the phone. Also that there was only 1 car of the car I wanted in the south. Before I went I researched it and there plenty Green Beetles out there. Then the finance manager came it to explain why the monthly cost was high and said he'd see what he could do and came back with an even higher monthly price. They would never show me the total cost of the car. After a few quotes each time higher I did the math and after all the payments with interests i would have payed almost $34,000 on a $22000 car. Where I did get it was only $24000 after everythings done including interest. They also backed out on the free gas to the more the charged me. Then wanted me to talk to the manager who ignored me the whole time I was there. And the saleswoman had the nerve to say I wasted her time when I'm the one who had to drive over an hour to get there just to get the run around.

Every time I have had to go to Heritage Volkswagen for car repairs it has been a good experience. The repair team is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely use them again.
