My experience with Hero Septic went from good, to questionable, to great. First the good - My septic tank backed up last night so we couldn't use any water in the house. A previous customer of Hero's referred me to them. I called, they were sympathetic to my issue and made an appointment for 2-3:00 PM the next afternoon. Now for the questionable - At 4:45 PM I begin calling to get an ETA because no on has shown up. By 5:30 PM I wrote them off and called another company. I get a call back before 6:00 PM apologizing for not contacting me earlier to tell me they were stuck on a very tough job, but would head my way when they finished. They actually called again when they were on their way. Not wanting to go another night without water I decided to let them. The situation ended great because they genuinely cared about inconveniencing me, recognized they made a mistake, and they got the job done fast and cleanly. They even took care of me by discounting the job. Rodney and Matt are stand up guys and I will use Hero Septic again in the future.

The name is the exact opposite of what you would expect. Called in for emergency service, only to be told that the next available service day was 3 days out. I took off work and after a no-show and no-call on the appointment day, when I called them, they stated it would be another 3 days....6 days of sewage backup in a house is insane.....definitely not "HEROIC"...(now will not answer the phone) .....stay far away from this company...

We had blue septic came Pump out the tank then it got it back up again a week later. We got Rodney the owner came out to diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate and said will be done in couple day to put in 2 drain box for $2500. They call and demand us to pay a very next day. And said they warranty their work for two year and will sent a receipt throught email. After, one week still didn' t get any reciept. We called several times and request a receipt with decription of their job. Still didn"t get anYthing until now. About less then 3 week the problem got worsted. Call them Again. They problaly saw our phone number and ignored. Finally, They came out and left ú a mesage and said that wasn"t their problem. We call again and again. No answer. DO NOT trust them. They came out quick to get your money. But, when you have problem. They are no where to be found.

Scheduled a week in advance and I called to confirm the several hours before the appointment. An hour after they were supposed to show up, I called and the owner Rod said he would check to see where is guy was at and call back. Nobody showed up or called back. Their website said that they are accredited by the BBB; however, when you check the BBB site, their accreditation has been revoked and they get a big fat F for being a horrible business.

I had septic issues start on Thanksgiving Day. I made the mistake of calling the Pink Plumber first, who kept rescheduling my appointment and then when they finally showed up 3 days later. The price was supposed to be $195 but shot up to almost $600 without the guy even looking at anything. I called Hero Septic Sunday morning and left a message for a quote. Within 30 minutes, they called back. They said that they would come out that afternoon within a couple of hours. They showed up an hour and a half later. They pumped my tank for $295, there were no hidden fees. They did exactly what they said they would for the price they quoted! Very friendly and did a fabulous job. I will use them again in the future and refer my neighbors to them! Excellent company!!!!!!!!

The two young men, Brad and Jake that came to service my septic tank are a credit to the company as well as their parents. Having never owned a house with a septic tank, these young men came in, went to work, didn't mind me asking questions and informed me that my tank was in good condition and didn't need pumping. That speaks volume for the integrity and honesty of this company. They could have easily easily sold me a bill of goods since I didn't have any knowledge of septic tanks. They made me wish that I had more houses that had septic tanks, so I could call them. Price was what they quoted me with no add- ons. It was my pleasure to do business with Hero Septic. when it comes to septic tanks, go HERO. Rated 10 in my book

Brandon and Jake called me back within 10 minutes after my service call even though it was 9:15 PM when I called. They came out the next day and solved my problems after a careful and thorough diagnosis.

Great Service! Hero Septic came out the next day I called. They were wonderful to work with and knowledgeable. I would recomend using them if you are having any septic or plumbing issues. These guys are very laid back, do not use scare tactics, and not pushy. They had to adjust the pipes in my septic tank and did the work quickly and in my budget! Just two months prior I had horrible service with Mr. Plumber. Took no time to get backed up again. Come to find out my septic tanks needed to have the pipes lowered. Hero Septic fixed the problem and thanks to them we are flushing our toilets again! ;) Kim

When my septic backed up into the house (only been here <3 years), I was referred to Hero Septic. They came out within about 3-4 hours of my initial call. The technicians were very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. They showed how everything worked, what they were looking for, and why. A field line cleaning system showed 2 or 3 clogs within 10-20 feet of the tank. After that, everything is in good working order and they explained why they thought that. I will be calling them again for my 3-year cleanings.
