This has to be the absolute worst plumbing company. Despite the fact they list 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website, they do not stand by their work. We had a plumbing emergency on a holiday weekend. They came out and seemed to have fix it; however 2 weeks later we were having the same problem. When we called the second time, they informed us it would be another service charge because the first service was not covered under warranty. They also said they could not come out that day (it was a Sunday) because they couldn't get into the shop to get the tools they needed. All of this when they also advertise 24/7 service. This company is a huge rip-off. They charge premium prices and do not stand by their work. Use them only if you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

I had a representative named Clint come from this company to give me an estimate on fixing my hot water heater. When they gave me a VERY VERY high estimate, I looked up online what I should be paying, and realized that he wanted to charge me more than double. I pointed this out, and the man became very rude, mean, angry, whatever you want to call it. At that point I asked him to leave my house and went to pay him the service fee to get him to leave. The service fee was $85, I used the $25 off coupon, he then says, why don't I charge you $65 instead...therefore my coupon couldn't be applied anymore, and I had to pay $5 extra (my guess is he was going to pocket it). I called the company, extremely angry, and they told me to not pay him and that they would ask him to leave. He left, and that was that. I called Accurate Plumbing of Dacula and they gave me a FAR more reasonable price quote (about half of what Herrin was charging). I usually don't waste my time writing reviews, but beware before you let these people into your house. On the plus side, at least I didn't have to pay him anything, and the home office took care of it nicely, but the rates, and professionalism of their representative was beyond awful. Stay Away. Wanted to add this. My PRV Valve was what had died on me, and the gentleman, Clint, made it seem as if I didn't replace it this very minute, my pipes could explode (he actually used those words)...when calling around to other plumbers they told me this was a lie

Don't know how this plumber remains in business. They arrived on time but provided no estimate to install a bathroom vanity...After 2 hours of attempts installer stated the vanity was missing a part and if I wanted for him to try and continue it would be more money he said so far we now owe him $325 and so we told him to stop. So $325 for nothing.

I was greatly over priced for a water heater and installation. $975 electric 50 gal tank with a 6 year warranty with a Thermal exp tank. My recipt shows this included installation of the water heater, but I also paid $650 for about 14 feet of pvc and water heater relocation. I paid $265 for PRV installation and now my water pressure is so low it takes forever to fill a tub of water. I was charged $100 to fix a toilet, this was because it kept running and the shut off would not work. It ran all night after the repair. The next day I was charged $185 to repair the same toilet and the shut off still does not work. I am terrified to have them back out! Two days work to relocate and install a new water heater, PRV and fix a toilet came to $2,075.

The job was to run a new service line from the street. I told the employee the day before the job that I may not be home when they did the work. After they finished (Saturday)they left several messages demanding that they needed the check right away. I called them back from across town and said that I would drop the check off on Monday morning and they said that would not be acceptable, that they needed the check now! I said I'd be home at 6pm and they said they would be there to pick it up. They never showed up.

Herrin agreed to fix a broken line from the house to the street. Instead of digging in a limited area, they dug up almost the entire front yard and parked a tractor on the remaining good lawn which left tire marks. They also damaged the driveway leaving the need for additional repair. I even purchased their warranty agreement. The owner will not return phone calls and they are not being responsive to fixing the damage caused.
