Scott is not only a wonderful dentist, he is so incredibly honest. My daughter went in for some work, I paid what my insurance wouldn't. A month later I got a check in the mail for $400+ dollars with a note that the insurance sent in another check, so they reimbursed me. Now to tell you the truth, I would have never known and I wonder how many dentists would have just kept it....

I have been seeing Dr. Herrod for seven or eight years now and he is the best dentist I have ever seen. He and his staff, Cindy, Susie, and Lilly are capable, professional and genuinly nice people. Dr. Herrod never does any work on you that isn't necessary. I trust his judgement completely. In addition, as the other reviews stated, he does his best to keep your expenses to a minimum. I first saw Dr. Herrod from a co-workers recommendation and I hope you will try him too.

I have been going to Dr Herrod since I was 7. He is very good at getting you to relax and talking to you as a way if distraction through the procedure. LIke the above review said, he ALWAYS takes your portion of the cost into account. You always have a say and he is genuinely sorry when the bill is high. He and his staff are awesome. You will love this dentist.

I decided to try Dr. Herrod because I had terrible experiences with the last 2 dentists I went to and a friend at work recommended him. I will say that I was skeptical, but the more I see him, the better I like him and his staff. Everyone is very nice, the office is clean AND they take into account how much you will have to pay out of pocket! I find this to be out of the norm as most dentists just charge whatever they want or "estimate" what your iinsurance will pay and then you get stuck with whatever is left. This is not the way Dr. Herrod works. He seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients comfort and the cost to them. I actually enjoy going to the dentist again!
