Installed the washer hoses backwards causing my washer to malfunction without my knowledge for over a year. Refused to fix unless I paid $50(for their mistake). Jamie said, "Sue us!"

I have never had such a bad experience with any company ever. They take forever to fix anything and they are extremely rude and do not care about their customers. I am currently going on 2 weeks without hot water because of their stupidity.

Had an appointment with them for between 1 and 3, said I'd get a call before the technician came out. At 3:30, I still hadn't heard from anyone so I called to see if they could tell me when the technician would be here, I was told he was still on a call and no time could be given. I then asked why no one called to tell me he was running late, CRICKETS....... I had an appointment that I had to leave for at 5pm so I told them if he wouldn't be done here before 5, that I would have to cancel. Fast forward to 4:50pm, a VERY RUDE woman calls me and says the technician is on his way. I told her it was too late for him to come out and wanted to know why no called me earlier to let me know why the appointment was so late, again CRICKETS. Actually it wasn't crickets, there was no reasonable answer just a screaming woman on the other end of the phone. Professional! I ended up hanging up the phone. As a customer, I expect a bit more in the way of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and don't expect to be spoken to in such a fashion when the company was in the wrong. Think long and hard before you do business with this company. I know I'll be posting my experience all over the web, maybe someone in management will see it and get some training for the women who answer the phones.
