Had a reservation that I could not make in tire prior to closing. Called and spoke with the owner. He said he would wait. Picked up car after closing hours, and then remembered that I had left my passport in the office on the desk. I called the office and the call was connected to the manager. He came back to the store at 11pm so that I would receive my passport. That is the type of customer service that makes this location great. Thanks a million. Kevin

Wish there's a zero star... The owner is unfriendly and unresponsive.. they don't care about customer satisfaction. Gave us a car with an empty tank, filthy with coke stains on doors/chairs, footprints all over windshield, car shakes and high mileage. Couldn't get anyone to call me back from owner to Hertz's district manager... Can't get any help for the 800 number for 4 days... wasted a lot of my time. Avoid this place and Hertz altogether. I went over to Enterprise and they are very professional... always have.
