Hester Eye Associates P C

Not only do I work at Hester Eye Associates, but my family and I are patients as well. I wear glasses and contacts, my husband wears glasses and my daughters wear glasses/contacts. Dr. Hester is the best at finding your correct prescription. My vision has never been better and I've tried the other places. The staff is kind and as I'm part of the staff, I know we try and treat everyone as if they are our own family. Dr. Hester is very knowledgeable and familiar with eye disease. He treats glaucoma as well as handles pre and post operative visits for cataract and Lasik patients. I wouldn't trust my family's eyes with anyone else....

While the doctor was pretty good, I felt like I was ripped off by a staff member. I was told one price for glasses and then later charged another price because of their mistake. After discussing the issue I was told “too bad” and asked to leave. Never use this place. If you do, only use the doctor, don’t buy glasses from them.

This an extremely professional and friendly business. Dr. Hester and his staff are very knowledgeable of overall eyecare and have excellent customer service. Dr Hester took the time to discuss and explain my eye situation and general eye information. Aimee has awesome customer service and took time helping me understand my insurance plan and how to get the most benefit in selecting lenses and frames. I highly recommend Hester Eye Associates.

Dr. Mark Hester is the best Optometrist I’ve ever been to in my life. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in layman’s terms. He and his entire staff are super pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. The corneal specialist that he referred me to for cataract surgery, Dr. Jim Hays, was also top notch and I’m anxiously awaiting getting my other eye done.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Hester since the mid 1990's and could not be more pleased with the service and friendliness of everyone in the office. I have worn contacts for 30 years and Dr Hester always takes the time to make sure I'm happy with the prescription and how the lenses fit. We also love the Optimap scan rather than having our eyes dilated.
