Went to Lucinda for a consultation on correcting a really bad haircut (it had been only 3 wks another salon). I had no intention of getting another cut yet already too short and heavily razored. Lucinda took the time to go thru my hair and said that she could make corrections and blend in layers properly to make it much easier to style. She was honest in that some areas needed time to grow out. I decided to give it a chance and I'm glad I did. I Came home and styled myself (which is the best test) Soooo much better. I will definately return. It has been a long 3 + years looking for a good stylist and I think I have finally found one. I will write a follow up review. So far I am extremely pleased and grateful.

I have been to this salon at least eight times.I kept returning in hopes they would turn things around.Their prices are very reasonable and I have always been satisfied with color and cuts. The problem is customer service!!The owner Lucinda is my stylist.I always have to wait 15-30 minutes beyond my appointment time to to even make it to the chair. Many times she she is running errands etc and not even in the salon. Once you make it to her station(which is cluttered and not the cleanest),you can expect to be there 3-3 1/2 hours.Lucinda tries to service three to four customers at once. She may get color on your hair and leave you sitting for an hour.I have been left laying at the rinse bowl with my head in the sink, wet, while she puts color on another patron. At this salon customer service is nonexistent.Phone calls, vendors, and trying to get as many customers as possible started in some form or another is the name or the game. She knows once she has at least got your head wet ,you are pretty much at her mercy. I have given up hope and will not return...
