Great location but really lackluster results. Interior vac did not include the "way back" of my wagon. Dirt and dog hair still visible. Armorall swiped on without care. You pass the tip jar on your way to the car so don't throw more money away (I did). I do a better job with my own dustbuster and garden hose.

I paid over $160 for a full service, car detail and shampoo. It took over 4 hours for them to complete the services. When I got my car back and went on my way, I noticed it smelt like mildew, but I didn't have time to turn around and ask. I travel out-of-town frequently, so a few weeks later, after the smell was absolutely unbearable, I brought my car back in and requested that they re-shampoo the car. I would have even paid to get it redone at this point. The manager on duty was so rude, blaming me on the smell. He found dog hairs in the car and accused me of flooding my car or putting my wet dog in the back seat. Well I never put him in the car wet, and I certainly didn’t put him in the trunk of my car, which was worst smelling area. The manager also said my car was ruined, there's nothing they can do about the smell, and all I can do is get the car re-carpeted which they were not going to pay for. He did spray an enzyme solution that masked the smell for a about a day, but he would never offer a solution expect that I can call back and ask for the owner, who he also mentioned is never there. I called and tried the owner to no avail. I took my car in a third time to confirm that the enzyme spray did not work. I ended up dealing with another manager who said shampooing would get the smell out, but this point, I don’t trust that they will fix the problem; I fear they will make it worse.

We got the full detail here for $149.99. Not only did it take nearly 2 hours to do, when I got back to my car, I realized that many items they had taken out had not been bagged with the rest. And they had broken the reel on the cassette that I had left in the player. Had they told me that I should remove these things beforehand, I would have done so! I had to go back to get the hand lotion they "forgot to put back in" and I noticed three days later that a removable part of the cupholder is missing as well!!
Additionally, it rained the very next day, and usually car washes have a "rain check" where you can get another wash if your car has gotten immediately dirty again. They have no such policy when I called to ask about it.
I will not be going back. For a $10 wash fine, but NOT for an expensive service like a detail.

I have been taking my cars to Hi Speed for more than 10 years. I have always been satisfied with the quality, their location (only 1/2 a mile off of I-85 at N. Druid), and the value. Remember to check their web site for coupons to get even more of a value. They get you in and out in around 10 minutes, which is a lot less time than it would take for me to wash and dry my car myself.

When I first pulled up I was shocked at the rate of speed the man greeting me was rattling off the prices of their different packages but figured they were very quick as the name suggests. So I immediately chose the premium detail service ($109.00) since I had just taken my car on a trip to Florida and gotten sand in the seats. As I waited patiently in the designated area I noticed that the car wash was just a simple machine wash found at gas stations and the workers merely dried the cars off. I didn't mind as long as my car was clean. Finally, after nearly 1 HOUR!!! of waiting my car rolled out. I was excited to see it clean and couldn't wait to drive off. After tipping the attendant $5 I noticed that bird feces remained on the roof and there was still brake dust on the rims. Not a huge deal, but definitely not what I expectedSo when I got into my car and noticed there was still sand all over the seats and my floor mats were stacked up soaking wet in the passenger seat I was furious! When I confronted the employees suddenly no one spoke English, and I was directed to the man I originally spoke to. After conversing with him for a moment I quickly realized that he may be on Meth or any bevy of substances at that very moment and he was very uncooperative. Finally after arguing for a few minutes he agreed to re-vacuum and polish the wheels. This time I waited another 25 minutes and didn't receive the drying service that I got the first time. Instead they parked my dripping wet Mercedes off to the side and just left the keys in the ignition. Needless to say my car is still dirty and Im out $109 and nearly 2 hours....
