My frustrations began with the receptionist. She was not the most pleasant to deal with. I figured that since I was using a Living Social Deal, maybe she has gotten a lot of calls and was grumpy. I made my appointment for 9am and asked how long it would take because I had an appointment later that morning. I didn't get a confirmation call the day before and thought to myself (too late) that I should call and confirm. The day of the appointment at 9:05, I called. The same receptionist said my appointment was between 10:30 and 12:30 (which wouldn't have worked for me). I said there must have been a mistake and explained. She said she would call the cleaner and get back to me. 20 minutes later-nothing. I called again and she said-oh no one called? So a few minutes later they called and said they could come now. The service was good and the servicemen were nice and polite. The treated a few stains which was not too much more cost and were pretty quick. For a living social deal, it was fine-but I probably owuldn't use them again.

The two guys who came in to clean the carpets and air ducts were good, but the problems began after they were done. The air cooler broke, because one of them had rough handled a water pump system. They did send someone to inspect it, but then after replacing it, they would keep sending these letters asking me to pay!! For their fault! Needless to say, I am never using them again.

Hi-Tech came over to my house and cleaned my carpet and did an excellent job, some of my stains were old as Maduzla but the technician cleaned those and told me the stains that were not guaranteed to come out but he must have doubted himself a little bit because the stains came out and I didn't have any repeat stains. Thanks for the great work!!!

I called this company about a month ago after our carpet had gotten several stains due to an un-trained puppies brief stay in our home. I purchased their most expensive package $199.99(Ultra pet deluxe) to be assured the stains would be gone. The tech arrived and of course charged an additional $98 rotary machine fee but assured me that the carpet would look great. Here we are a month later and carpet looks the same as the day they cleaned it. I called several times and not once have I gotten a return call. So I am just out $300.00. Please learn from my mistake and do more research on a company before you give them your money.

Please be warned...This Company will rip you off. Recently, they cleaned the air ducts for my parents. I was looking over the invoice and noticed additional charges for returns. My husband does HVAC work so we know the difference between vents and returns. They were charged for 6 returns when they only have 3. There were so many additional fees and still I had to come over and clean up dust after they left. The service technician was not dressed professionally which made my parents uncomfortable. Shame on you Hi Tech for taking advantage of elderly people. How would you feel if some one took advantage of your parents?
