Had an important project to finish for my Project Manager but I was unable to access the email on my Outlook Program. Contacted High Powered Help. One of the technicians remotely accessed my computer & fixed the problem in a minimal amount of time. The bottom line: The problem was fixed over the phone with very little down time & I was able to meet the deadline in finishing the project for my boss in N.C. Thanks to High Powered Help.

Have used High Powered Help several times to fix or resolve hardware or software issues on my computer. The work has always been performed correctly & in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Michael & High Powered Help for all of your computer needs.

You can't go wrong here- this is a family owned business with attention to detail. I was new in town and they not only diagnosed and fixed my computer quickly, but when we got home and had a problem with our router box(our box, not theirs) they spent 20 minutes on the phone with my daughter helping her sort it all out. They are the nicest people; personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Amazing!

We have a pretty extensive technical package to run our company. Our customer service manager is very technical and has been running a very complex computer system without any need for assistance for over one year. We got stuck on a port issue and let me tell you, these guys are pretty slick! Their rep came in and nailed the problem in less than an hour. Then their customer service rep who handled billing was extremely friendly and accommodating as well. It's nice to find a company that is very organized, friendly and very proficient. We'll be using these guys in the future for any problems we run into. Thanks again.

When I lived in Atlanta, this is the only place I would turn to whenever I had computer problems. They have a 24 hour help desk service in the event of emergencies. They offer installation services, computer repair, and you can buy computer parts from them. You can bring your pc to them, or they'll even come to your home to fix your pc. They also offer a wireless internet service. The workers are always really friendly and the tech support is excellent. This place comes highly recommended.

Customer did not hold up their end of a service contract, and failed to remit payment on invoices.
Previously, I left a glowing review for Michael, Justin and the team at High Powered Help. I'm happy to say that they, again, took care of my ongoing laptop problems, and found solutions for me that were not costly. With only the two of them handling computer issues for individuals and small companies, they have always treated me as if I was the top priority there. That sort of service is rare.

High Powered Help was everthing the other reviewers said it was. Justin was fantastic. Not only is he great technically, he is also very professional, friendly, responsive, and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone with a PC problem, and also for small offices looking for support. High Powered Help exceeded my expectations in every way. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I had a laptop that was completely riddled with Spamware and viruses. High Powered Help was not only able to salvage the laptop, but they were also able to do it without any costly replacements. They were very professional and courteous when I met with Michael to discuss my options. He was very honest and I felt like he had my best interests at heart rather than take the easiest route. I will definitely use their services again!

Took computer in to have info from old drive moved to new one. Was told 2-3 business days. Took 3 weeks. Never called to give me status unless it was to return my call. They did not image new drive as I was told they would. Files were lost that I asked them to save. They have not responded to questions I have asked after the service.

Customer originally said they just needed data transferred; however, they did not tell us that they attempted to reinstall Windows (several times) with illegitimate methods. Customer lost their own files before even bringing the drive in. We took extra time trying to recover the files, but apparently, no good deed goes unpunished.
