In this large city, it's difficult to find an honest, reputable company that gets the job done. High Powered Help is all that and more! They helped me with all my computer problems, twice! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs computer help.

The folks at High Powered are amazing! I took my computer to them because my system needed to be reinstalled. I figured for sure I would lost all of my pictures, music, and files but they managed to clean off my system, save my stuff, and reloaded it all in a very quick time. I couldn't be happier with the friednly service and affordable prices!

I can't say enough about this great team of people. I depend on them to keep me "up and running" and lately that has been quite a task as we have recently changed internet providers. Michael and Justin are prompt, polite and knowlegable, and patiently answer (as many times as I need them to!) any question I may have. They are quite reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them!

I contacted several people regarding redoing my website. I found several people who promised cheap prices and great results. I did a BBB search on them and got scared when found multiple complaints every year for all sorts of reasons. I did a kudzu search and found High Powered Help. Being a kudzu construction contractor myself I knew the pressure to make sure the customer is much happier than the usual yellow page customer, so I felt reassured he would do a good job (angry customers write bad evalutions and it is so so difficult to make everyone happy). Anyhow, they reworked my website, made the changes I requested and the finished product is functioning as I would like. I will use Michael and his team again if I encounter and computer projects more time consuming and more technically difficult than I can handle myself. If I know someone in need of developing a good website, I will pass his name along.

Including my contacts with Jeri, the team of Michael and Justin took great care of my Dell laptop. I needed a replacement fan and they were able to get the part and have it up and running in a week. They kept me informed all along the process, and followed up to be sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this group.

After reading all the other great reviews left for HPH, I decided to give them a try and I'm certainly glad I did. They were extremely friendly, prompt & honest. I was kept informed every step of the way, so there were no surprises at the end. I took my computer in on a Friday afternoon & they were done by Monday morning!

This is an excellent service. Mr. Munger was professional, prompt, patient and very informative. More importantly, he corrected the problems we were having and we have a very convenient network setup now.

Michael is a top notch expert in a very large industry. He worked with me to find the best solutions in line with my budget, therefore, saving me alot of additional expense. High Powered Help is both a professional and customer oriented business and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Will recommend 100%. One of the things that I particularly liked about Mike, is that he was explaining to me everything what he was doing. And was honest upfront about what he can or can't do. And I got immediate service on Saturday.

Took a notebook computer to Michael for repair. Keyboard had been damaged and a hinge was broken. Whereas Computer Geeks wanted $125 plus labor to just repair keyboard, Michael spent several hours online locating and ordering a spare keyboard, saving us over $80 on part alone. The one gotcha we encountered was that in his well-intentioned haste to get computer back to us before leaving town, he neglected to test the machine and system would not power up. He apologized profusely and took care of it as soon as he got back. I doubt he would make the same mistake twice and I would gladly use him again if we need computer tech services in the future.

Prompt response to my email inquiries, excellent service during on-site visit, reasonable prices and very professional and friendly. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Michael is a computer troubleshooting angel. When my computer crash, he got me back up and running again and figured out how to get my files restored. I rejoiced when I got my family pictures back, and took his advice to have a back up harddrive. Joyfully recommended, you wont be sorry.

I work from home and I got a virus on my home/work based computer . I was up all night trying to sort it out, but I only made matters worse. I called my computer customer service, and that just lead to many dead ends. A friend recommended Michael . He sorted it out . Showed me the problem. He fixed it so it will not happen again . I highly recommend them

Michael repaired a nasty trojan after we had paid another technician to unsuccessfully remove this spyware. He spent a great deal of time patiently answering our questions before and after we had sent our computer to him. His prices are competitive and he is very professional. He willing offered to install additional software that would benefit us. If required, I would not hesitate to use him again.

Michael not only set up my computer and got me running, but he also advised how I might get the start up CDs from HP (which I did receive)in the event of a crash. This is going outside the box to help me. I appreciate it very much.
