Great Condos
We have lived here for over a year. I looked at other condos in Dunwoody and Roswell. Everything brought us back here.
The property tax is low. The appliances are new. The pool is nice. The hardwood floors are beautiful. No other condo compared to this one.
We also looked at foreclosures, and realized there would be a lot of work involved.
Here we were able to move in and not have to worry about major repairs.
It is also conveniently located on Roswell Road for MARTA and shopping. It is quick acces to Roswell, East Marietta, and Buckhead.
