As the title states buyer beware. Their advertising is puffery & their customer service is horrible. I have done business with these guys for years but as of lately they have really gone down hill.

A few months back I took the "Hollow Vessel" woodturning class with instructor Frank Bowers. It was a really good experience. I was fortunate (being a beginner) to leave with a piece that far exceeded my expectations. Frank is a guy who loves his craft and it shows. The place is an institution and an assett to the neighborhood. Take a class! You'll dig it.

I am a longtime customer of Highland Hardware. I have used their services in person, on-line and by phone and have always received the same excellent service from their staff. Not just courteous and helpful they are also knowledgeble in their fields. The most amazing thing about them is the number of times I have gone to them convinced I need a particular item only to have them explain another method of achieving my goal either more cheaply or without spending money at all! What super home store would do that?
