Hill Vic Brown

Vic Hill did an exceptional job as my divorce/custody attorney. He was comscientious, highly ethical, and took a real interest in my case. During a highly stresful time in my life, when other attorneys told me my chances of gaining custody of my kids from my ex-wife was slim, Vic stepped in and took the bull by the horns. I now have custody, thanks to Vic! He really cares about his clients. He gave me his cell so I could reach him after hours, AND he met with me on a Sunday to review my case. His concern and aggressiveness won my case hands down. He is a great guy and a fantastic lawyer. Hire him!

I retained Vic as my ex-wife was trying to reclaim monies she felt I owed her due to the divorce decree. I had paid my ex-wife what I had owed through the years, but didn't have all of the cancelled checks from the beginning of our divorce which was 12 years earlier. My ex-wife felt that she had a case when I wasn't able to produce those few cancelled checks that I couldn't find. Needless to say, Vic was excellent in not only dealing with the opposing lawyer and my ex-wife, he was very creative in making sure I didn't end up double-paying my ex with inflated fines and possibly serve time in jail. I have recommended him many times and would still. I am thankful to have found Vic and feel confident that if I need his services again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him.

Having interviewed several attorneys, I chose Vic because of his ability to communicate clearly and compassionately, his reputation for being appropriately aggressive if necessary and his ability, as demonstrated during the initial interview, to quickly grasp the essence of very complicated case. Throughout the process the opposing attorney stooped to many unnecessary written and verbal attacks. Vic moved forward maintaining a high level of integrity without attacking the other side by focusing on the salient issues and dealing with them in appropriate legal formats. I admire his approach both personally and professionally. Throughout the process Vic and his staff were personable, knowledgeable and encouraging, consistently a pleasure to work with. Finally, the outcome of my case was significantly better than anticipated. For these reasons, and many more, I highly recommend Vic Hill as an outstanding attorney.

Vic comes off as if he is the greatest lawyer on the planet. In reality, he is just a used car salesman. He did nothing for me except drag out my divorce. I had custody of my children and my ex moved her boyfriend into the marital home before I even filed for divorce. For over a year, I had to pay HER mortgage even though I had the kids. Instead of taking this to court immediately, he waited over a yeardragging his feet. It cost me thousands and thousands of dollars to pay something that NO judge would ever tell me to pay. In the end, the judge decided that I was not required to pay for my ex and her bf's little love nest. Now my ex owes me money and back child support that I will never see because of this clown....

He talked up a GREAT game about all that he was going to do, but then did NOTHING. Paid $4000 retainer, mediation went perfect and was signed by all parties, and here it is 4 months later and he STILL has not gotten this before a judge. How long can it possibly take to file a motion to get before a judge? Well, obviously with this crap attorney, it takes longer than 4 months. Don't waste your money on this guy. Look elsewhere.
